Project Manager

  • Oversees all aspects of rebar reinforcement projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
  • Works closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develops project schedules and timelines, and ensures that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Manages a team of estimators, field foremen, and ironworkers.
  • Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Estimator

  • Prepares cost estimates for rebar reinforcement projects.
  • Gathers information about the project, including the size and scope of the work, the materials required, and the labor costs.
  • Uses this information to develop a detailed estimate of the total cost of the project.
  • Works closely with the project manager to ensure that the estimate is accurate and realistic.

Field Foreman

  • Supervises a crew of ironworkers on a rebar reinforcement project.
  • Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitors the progress of the work and reports any problems to the project manager.
  • Coordinates with other trades on the project, such as concrete contractors and electricians.

Field Ironworker

  • Installs rebar reinforcement in concrete structures.
  • Cuts, bends, and places rebar according to the project plans.
