Project Manager
- Oversees all aspects of rebar reinforcement projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Works closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Develops project schedules and timelines, and ensures that all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Manages a team of estimators, field foremen, and ironworkers.
- Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Estimator
- Prepares cost estimates for rebar reinforcement projects.
- Gathers information about the project, including the size and scope of the work, the materials required, and the labor costs.
- Uses this information to develop a detailed estimate of the total cost of the project.
- Works closely with the project manager to ensure that the estimate is accurate and realistic.
Field Foreman
- Supervises a crew of ironworkers on a rebar reinforcement project.
- Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitors the progress of the work and reports any problems to the project manager.
- Coordinates with other trades on the project, such as concrete contractors and electricians.
